Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: ADHD

My 11yr old daughter has severe ADHD.She took 54mg of concerta in the morning,1/2/ a clonodine in the morning anothre 1/2 at noon and then at 4pm and 2 clonodines at night. It barely touched her and I was so worried about all the medicine.I was scared for her life.Clonodine works by lowering the blood plessure.and is why it helps then sleep at night. Our family started a journey to get her off the medications.the month before Intune was introduced we used the peaceful child blend. Then when InTune was introduced we used it.It works so much better. We put it on her wrists and back of her neck in the morning. We noticed she did great but by lunchtime not so good.i got her a pendant and before she leaves in the morning we put two drops on the back of it then layer it with lavender to diffuse through out the day.We also use lavender at night. She now down to one concerta in the morning and one clonodine at night. Next week we are going to start clove and see how geranium does for her.If all goes as planned she will be able to completely eliminate the clonodine.

We started a site that chronicles our journey both before finding doTerra and after.(By the way the peaceful child blend is awesome for migraines.I have a non cancerous non growing tumor on my brain and the peaceful child blend has enabled me to go off all my medication and no migraines.which usually meant a trip to the ER for a shot.)Like everyone that finds their way to doTerra I can tell you 20 different stories every day of how doTerra helps our family and has truely impacted our lives.

Here is the website we set up to help other parents looking for alternatives. It tells the whole journey. http://theschneidercrew.webs.com/

I wish you just enough!
