Lemongrass is one of my personal favorite oils.  I use it for cramps/charley horses and other aches and pains.  While at convention, my close team mates and I all walked from our hotel to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner our last night.  I will swear it was about 5 miles, all slightly uphill.  I got a terrible charley horse in my right calf, and could barely move it.  It was hard as a rock.  I put a couple of drops of the Lemongrass in my palm and rubbed it directly onto my calf.  The pain and cramp were gone in seconds.  I was even able to shop in the Mall while we waited for our table!  By the way, I had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before, ....... totally worth the pain!  Wonderful food, and I took my dessert home and shared it with my roommates.

I have never personally liked the smell of lemongrass oil. Usually I try and capsule it anytime I use it.  But, I decided to give it a try on the top of my foot, it was inflamed and painful (I think maybe food tendonitis) after reading how that would help online. I put that on and then in a minute or two layered it with peppermint. And oh, my gosh! I wasn't expecting it to work so fast. My foot painful has been extremely minimal since I did it yesterday afternoon. Gonna keep it up for a bit and then move to just doing it when I need it.  Yay doTerra!!!
