Definitely frank & balance. My 11 year old daughter has hydrocephalus as well. I sure wish Doterra was around when she was a baby. I would do lavender over and around the incision. I apply frank on the crown of her head and balance on the back of her neck. This has done wonders for her. There are times when I'm thinking that she's about to have a malfunction....glassy eyes, headaches, fever, etc. and within an hour of applying balance her symptoms start going away one by one. We love Doterra!
