Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I am still not sure of the Phytoestrogen. I just haven't heard good things about soy and I didn't want to add to my problems, for some reason, I have enough of them! What about clary sage?? How is that for balancing estrogen? It was listed in my Modern Essentials book under estrogen. Please let me know what you think, I appreciate you taking time to answer back.

I had a recent bone scan and was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my back, with T scores of -2.8.My adrenal system is completely backwards. And am I inadvertantly, doubling up on meds?? Also, how often is it necessary to rescan for symptoms? Sorry, got a lot to throw at you!
