This is what I have just recently told a client to try.  The only feed back I have so far is she has tried the combination of Wild Orange and Lavender and had some good sleep that night.
Sleep

Wild Orange place a drop on the bottom of each foot and rub it in then do the same with Lavender

Vetiver on the big toe and at the base of it and lavender on the sole of each foot

Vetiver-  Vetiver  is very thick so the plastic diffuser is removed in the sample bottle.   Just put your index finger over top of bottle and tip over then rub your two index fingers then place an index finger in each ear and rotate several times.  Then with your finger over the bottle again put some on the bottom of each big toe and rub it in

Clary Sage  1-3 drops under the tongue before bed

Clary Sage 1 drop with 1 drop of Vetiver applied to back of neck and front of throat about 15 minutes prior to sleep.

Clary Sage – do not drink any alcohol –it doubles the effect of the alcohol and it will cause you to have nightmares

If you have experienced a trauma do not take it also would cause nightmares

Do not take it during the last part of your cycle as it is known to cause heavy bleeding

I have recently started snoring (past 2 months) and my boyfriend has actually had to go sleep in the other room because he says it is so bad!!!  I do not know what is causing this , but I don't think that it is sleep apnea!!  I have tried putting breathe under my nose and diffusing it.  I have tried thyme on my big toe and neither seem to help.  Last night he said my snoring was the worst it has ever been and he went and slept in the kids twin bed (he is 6'4")!!  OMG I can't have him doing that!!!  Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!!
