[Everything doTERRA] Re: rash reaction to lemongrass

Does she have fair skin by any chance? Lemongrass is a skin sensitizing oil. Consider it a HOT oil and ALWAYS dilute it with FCO or lotion, even if you don't get a rash. This is a spice oil and you can develop sensitivity to it at any time. Less is more with this oil, only a TINY bit is needed to provide the results you are looking for. By all means do a candida cleanse, but don't use Lemongrass without diluting it.

Hi, my housemate has started using lemongrass on her adrenals, and it's extremely helpful.  However, despite the FCO her skin is raching - not only where the contact is, but elsewhere.  That it be candida makes sense, but her concern is to know if continued use might create a big problem of some sort.  Any input?
Thanks, Carol
