Hi Blake,

The most consistent thing I did was lemon in my water, every day and a lot of water.  Since then I've also started the LLV.  It might still get hi on occasion, but consistently seems to be in a good range.    I just couldn't handle paying that kind of $ for a drug to take because of another drug! lol  Sounds like your mom has had some good luck, I agree with Amelia, check with your doctor and see if you can ween dad off his meds...

Good luck, you know something will work, just might not be the first thing you try (worse luck! ;-)
