[Everything doTERRA] Re: Lemongrass testimonial

The charley horses an night are caused but a low amount of magnesium to calicum I used to have a lot of charley horses that I would literally fly out of bed in pain for some time.  If for example your calcium level is 1200 then you would need to take 600 of magnesium or close to that.  I think the LLV has some in it but you know have to check.

My husband gets charley horses at night so I keep the lemongrass by the bedside. It works so fast. Sometimes I follow up with peppermint. He also has cramps in his hands where his fingers start to draw up and we use the lemongrass and it stops immediately.

I have never personally liked the smell of lemongrass oil. Usually I try and capsule it anytime I use it.  But, I decided to give it a try on the top of my foot, it was inflamed and painful (I think maybe food tendonitis) after reading how that would help online. I put that on and then in a minute or two layered it with peppermint. And oh, my gosh! I wasn't expecting it to work so fast. My foot painful has been extremely minimal since I did it yesterday afternoon. Gonna keep it up for a bit and then move to just doing it when I need it.  Yay doTerra!!!
