[Everything doTERRA] Re: I Need Advice

This was a reply I received in August. Maybe they are not enforcing
it.


Dear Valued costumer,

Thank you for your email. In order to keep the points you already have
and stay at the percentage level you are currently at, you must have
one thing that has full pv in your Loyalty Rewards Template/order. As
long as it has PV, you will not lose where you are at. Items such as;
Lemon 10.00, Serenity/Citrus Bliss bath bar 6.99, Citrus Bliss hand
lotion 6.50, etc. are good. You will not gain points or increase in
percentage from that particular order, but you will not lose your
"spot". In order to increase in points and percentage, the minimum PV
must be 50. I hope this clarifies and answers your question. If you
