[Everything doTERRA] Re: Help with amenorrhea, possibly due to emotional turmoil?

Diet is a huge factor.  I was never regular and could go 1 1/2 years without a cycle when I was younger.  Through diet I became somewhat regular.  Green smoothies (just google), bread made from fresh ground grains (vitamin E is destroyed very quickly once the grain is ground and Vitamin E helps with hormones).  Once I started using doTERRA, I put 1-2 drops  of Balance on each foot every morning.  My cycles for the first time in my life are 28 days, but that was a few months after use.  She really also needs to get her stress under control as that contributes to an acidic environment in her body which will wreak havoc with her health down the road.  .

Since she is so nervous and anxious, I am thinking that Balance and/or Serenity could help her, together with Cassia, to give her more confidence in herself.

Before suggesting her more oils, though, I really feel I need to have the input of the wonderful people on this forum, who have been using essential oils for a longer time than me, and have possibly experience with essential oils and infertility.

Are my oils suggestion correct?

Is there any other oil or protocol that could help her?
