[Everything doTERRA] Re: Has anyone heard of doTERRA oils causing Liver Damage?

My cousin has epilepsy and also severe RA. She started using three
drops of Franki under her tongue each month. After a few months her
doctor couldn't believe how much better her arthritis was doing. He
even was going to recommend her for artificial joints in her fingers.
Then she got severely sick and her liver started failing. He didn't
know about the franki. She was sent in ambulance to a major hospital
in Salt Lake City, UT. They finally got her better. But when my
cousin and her sister went to see the specialist, they talked to him
about the franki. He excused himself to go do a little research
online. He came back and told them that he was going to do more
reading about the benefits of franki. He said that science is doing
a lot of testing on the health benefits. He told her that in his
expert opinion, the oil had not hurt her liver. He said he blamed it
on the flu shot she had less then a week before her liver started to
fail. He said he had several patients who had the same problem after
the shot. However, her local doctor still blames the franki, so she
won't take it anymore. And her RA is so bad again. Small-minded
doctors frustrate me so much.
