On the leadership call today with Emily Wright, this topic was
discussed and here is what Emily Wright has to say about it:
· We need to take a moment to point out and clarify a very
significant problem. We have seen and are hearing an increasing number
of issues with cross recruiting. Unlike most MLMs we don't have a
problem with leaders recruiting their team to other companies.
Unfortunately though, we do have leaders trying to recruit people out
from under other doTERRA leaders. This is not ok. It is crucial to the
health of a growing company that each person takes responsibility for
honoring the integrity of every enrollment. Any type of cross
recruiting actions will never be tolerated by the company. Emily said
it perfect, "It is imperative that you help each person grow where
they are planted. We created the Bonus Pools to incentivize you to
work with people even outside your teams."
