Possibly Melalueca...or Purify, of course I am working off of instinct b/c I actually am unfamiliar w/lick granuloma, could you explain it better? (My assumption is that its a sore caused from continual licking& if so the licking c/b a sign of allergies)...if this is the case I would try Melalueca & possibly a very diluted "allergy shooter" combo (equal drops of Lemon, Lavender &Peppermint) in a spray bottle mixed w/water &some fco &a small amt of Epsom salts (to help oils evenly distribute) & spray this on the dog several times a day.
If you are wondering how much of each if it were me I would make it in as small a bottle as possible (like an empty 15ml w/spray). I would start w/ 4 drops of each oil +1/2 tsp fco+small pinch Epsom salts +water til almost full, shake gently &use as needed. Just my opinion though...
