Oh and as far as putting them on your feet go the purpose of this is that the pores on the bottoms of your feet are the largest on the body +the feet have relex points for the different body parts/systems. When eos are applied to the feet they are absorbed into the blood stream w/in 30 seconds &within 30 minutes they have hit every cell in the body;) Hope this helps...
