[Everything doTERRA] Additional Tests?

I have heard of numerous tests that doTERRA performs on their oils. These three I'm unfamiliar with. Can anyone confirm that doTERRA does these tests and provide your source for how you know please? Then can someone please explain what these tests are? 

Flame Ionization

Specific Gravity

Optical Rotation
