3 times daily decrease if symptoms appear. Add the LLV any time after
the GX.
They should drink a ton of water with the GX Assist. I add lemon to mine.
But I should add, the cleanse isn't necessary to start LLV. It really
helps a body feel better by balancing your gut but if the expense is an
issue don't let it deter anyone from LLV.
