should only be done every 3 months. When I went through all the
tutorials, and then they also give you an individual "lesson" in using
it and explaining all about it, it is listed you can do it every 30
days. Once a month. I am not sure where she got the 3 month thing.
But even on the paper work and on the little video you watch as it is
being done lists once a month. Waiting 30 days. Hope this helps.
