Sorry for all my typos. When I type fast I make lots of mistakes...anyway to answer your question, I was drinking maybe two to three 16 oz water bottles a day with 8 drops of S&L. I noticed maybe a lb a week and then the scale showed 7 lbs. Then I heard Justin say he puts the S&L under his tongue, so I thought I'd try that. It seemed to help faster. Now I'm up to 3 lbs a week and that was 2 weeks ago. That can make a huge difference in dress sizes. I am amazed how quickly it has worked. I am also trying the grapefruit by itself in FCO around my middle...that extra tire. It seems to be working slowly, but you don't want it to go fast. I'm happy. Trying to get rid of that extra little bulge on the hips. I keep drinking plenty of water, but I don't waste it this way by putting the S&L under my tongue, then drinking water. Good luck to you.
