Read the last sentence, put clove on tongue, nasty tasting? It is supposed
to be nasty tasting so he will stop smoking. He has to make some effort
also. Cinnamon really does work.

I gave a sample of Clove and On Guard to a friend to try. He didn't
think it helped much with the cravings. He lit up right after putting
Clove on his tongue and he said it was really nasty tasting.
