not the bare essentials. Some people's skin can't handle the minerals
and react with a persistent breakout. I would also be curious what
your soy intake is. Just like with milk, if you have too much it's not
good. Sometimes just cutting back a little will help since the soy
directly affects the hormones. I would love to help more, let me know
