endometriosis. I think I also have an irritable uterus because my
abdominal is always sore and hurts really bad to have any pressure on
my abdominal at all. I think I may also have adhesion because of an
ectopic pregnancy that ruptured in 2006 and a miscarriage that ended
with an emergency D&C because of hemorrhaging in 2007. When I stand up
my abdominal hurts and so do my ovaries. I read post that Jenyce
wrote about a lady she was going to help who had enometriosis, scar
tissue, and adhesion and I didn't see where she was told which oils
were good to use. I also read about using Frankincense but am not
sure if I am to use on the abdominal or internally or both. I want to
have more kids but know that running, jumping, lifting, or any impact
activity at all causes my prolapse to become worse. I would love any
suggestions at all on what oils to use to help with all of my crazy
conditions. I do take the LLW and I do not eat gluten, dairy, soy,
corn, or peanuts or products that have any part of these in them.
Thank you so much.
Sorry if this seems like a sob story but I would really like to have
at least one more son so I can have two of each.
Thank you.

Hey there - some great questions. I would recommend a couple of things to give your body the best opportunity to heal itself. Number one would be mayan massage or the wurn technique for massage. Both of these involve massage to help restructure scar tissue surrounding your pelvic organs. Finally, I would recommend physical therapy guided exercise. A great resource is at www.hab-it.com. This site provides great information about the benefits of posture, pelvic floor exercise, as well as re-training the coordinated effort of the pelvic floor, the transversus abdominus, the multifidi, the deep hip rotators, and the inner thighs. Good luck to you!
