I would use OnGuard and Clove, swished ever so gentle. You do not
want to disturb the blood clot in the gum, that would not be fun.
After the tooth has settled you need to go in for an xray, even if you
go to another dentist.

I have a friend who had a bad tooth removed.  Now the dentist thinks
that either there is an infection in her bone or they left some of the
tooth in there....she doesn't want to go back.  Serenity on her
sinuses has helped with the pressure and pain there, but what about
the possiblility of infection and maybe a bone fragment?  I need some
