You take a drop of the Helichrysum and run it behind the ear and down the
jawline, repeat in the front of the ear and down the jawline. Then run any
left over oil in the inside of the ear. Not too much, you don't want the oil
to drip into the ear canal.
For the cost of a 5 ml bottle of Helicrysum you will probably get the help
you need.
