DIGESTZEN!!!  I came down with "food-poisoning" a few months ago.  I woke up
at 2:30am  in the morning and had horrible cramping, felt like I needed to
throw-up, and was absolutely miserable.  I put 2-3 drops of Digestzen under
my tongue and then rubbed it all over my abdomen.  I did that twice within
15 minutes - and within 30 minutes I was back to sleep!  If it is more like
a stomach flu - I would do the same thing, only add On-Guard or other
anti-bacterial oils to the feet at least every hour throughout the day.
Taking something like Oregano internally would possibly upset the stomach
more.  Peppermint is great as well as Ginger for stomach troubles.  Just my
personal experience.
