I drop Onguard on the back of my tongue several times a day when I start feeling sick - it never progesses and I haven't had to do anything else but if I am full blown sick I put OnGuard and Oregano and Wild Orange in a capsule and I've heard to also put Thyme in too.

I haven't been on in a while.  It feels good to post again.  I have a someone with flu like symptoms and he's not sure if it's flu or if he ate something that was bad.
