Baby oil works well also put it in the hair before bedtime & wash it out the next day do that a few times a week it does work

ALL three of my kids have had this issue, and when I had my middle child my aunt told me about her sister... when she came over, she has like 15 grandkids, and she told me to use "Neutrogena" bar soap... it is a clear amber type color, smells a little weird... but it worked!!! Used it on last kid too... and than let teenager have the rest of the bar for his acne... hahaha. We have a 14 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old

Olive would probably work as well.
I would however recommend that you purchase a 'Baby' hair brush and fine
tooth comb.
When the hair is DRY place drops of the olive or baby oil on the scalp and
rub it in. Then after a few minutes in a circular motion scrub the dead
skin with the baby brush. Use comb to drag the bits out of the hair.
These brushes are very gentle and shouldn't cause tooo much redness.
Psoriasis runs in my family and my daughter unfortunately went from cradle
'Crap' we call it to the huge dandruff flakes of psoriasis.
The only natural remedy (no cure) for this is direct sunlight for about 20
min. preferably at high noon.
I know, it goes against all we have been taught over the last decade about
sun protection, but Vit. D can only be absorbed through the skin and
eyeballs in optimum levels and if you live north of North Carolina you and
your children are more than likely Vit. D deficient.
Cod liver oil is a natural source of ingest able Vit. D but with the high
mercury content in N. atlantic you have to be very careful where you are
getting your cod liver oil. You can go to Dr. Mercola.com and read about
Cod Liver oils and our skin ailments online. It is very informative.
