What oil is best to diffuse for arthritis for an 83 year old. She has the deep blue but want to diffuse for her too. Is Helichrysum good?

Thanks Pat, I was leaning toward that. I also gave him a roll on of
deep blue and peppermint to use. He is putting it in his vehicle. . he
still works everyday, he cracks me up lol. I also read somewhere about
marjoram being very effective. Would you recommend using that maybe
with another oils or just by itself. Thanks
