This is a simple oil pull that is especially helpful for infections in the mouth.  You don't ingest because, your pulling infection from the tissues of the mouth, and logic would suggest you wouldn't want to ingest the micro-organisms and particles that will get extracted (logic would also assume the antibacterial properties would be render these micro-organisms harmless, but it seems gross to swallow anyway) The oils are going to enter the blood stream through the mouth, but I would never be nervous of the oils in the blood stream negatively effecting a nursing baby from the mothers milk.  I have NEVER heard of negative reports or warnings about essential oils in the blood stream and nursing mothers.  Quite the opposite, I would be more cautious of infections of the mouth being passed through the mother bloodstream and effecting the mothers body and milk in a negative way.

Put 2-3 drops of on guard , 1-2 drops of clove with a tablespoon of
extra
virgin coconut oil and swish and pull the mixture through the teeth
especially around the abscessed tooth.  Do this for 15 min, then
*spit* (do
not swallow). Repeat the process every hour, then couple hours then 2x
daily
as needed till it is better.  You can switch to the clove/frankincense
blend
with EVCO too.  That would be very helpful.  This has helped me and
several
others with abscesses or cavities till dental care was available.
