There are so many different protocols for migraines. You can do a search on this forum and get some great info. The best thing to do in order to find the oil that works best for you is to do muscle testing on the different oils. Then you will be using what really does work for you.

I have migraines and have found Franc and White Fir help.  I use them both at the same time.  I rub a couple of drops of each
oil on my temples and forehead and back of my neck.  I'd usually have to apply again every 15 minutes and just kept applying
until it felt under control.

My mom has a lot of success knocking her 3 times a week migraines to once or twice a month with PastTense. This was a HUGE change for her, as she was dealing with migraines for 30 years.

Any time she felt a headache come on, she'd rub PastTense around her hairline, and then sniff the open roller bottle for about 75 sniffs. I think she also tries to relax and just give the oil time to work.

I've got someone I don't know very well who has been very sick
for years. He has narcolepsy and migraines. He has been on medication
to help the narcolepsy but it caused seizures. He is off the
medication but is currently experiencing horrific migraines. He has
them almost constantly and is on oxycodone to deal with the pain. He
has had three surgeries in the last year to try to stop them. His Doc
finally recommended he look into alternative treatment because they
are out of options with conventional medicine.
I'm guessing LLV. He lives in another state or I would be doing
ATT. I occasionally get pretty nasty headaches and I use Deep Blue and
then take a hot shower. Does anyone have experience with really nasty
migraines that they were able to deal with. I hesitate to recommend
anything because they have been through so much, and I'm guessing that
since he has been dealing with this stuff for decades it will take
some work to get it under control. I'd really appreciate input.
I love these oils and am generally very happy to share. But when
I think of this situation I get very intimidated. His wife has
actually been asking for ideas for a while and I keep putting her off
(my bad, I know). I really believe we have a way to deal with just
about anything there is out there, but I am being seriously resistant
to giving an input. That said, I do get the impression that they are
sincerely interested and willing to work with it. Don't know what my
issue is.
I appreciate all the positivity : ) on this site. It's nice to be
able to get pumped about the oils when I am doubtful (for no good
reason).
            Thanks, Ceri
