I would get some organic, natural tampons from the health food store. I would use 7-8 drops each of Frankincense, Helichrysum and Melaleuca, soak these oils into the tampon and insert before going to bed. I would continue with the oils on the tampon until you get the desired results.

three months.  The first month they doctors told her the heavy
bleeding was due to her being VERY late in her menstrual cycle.  She
said she went with it.  She has been "pushing out" thick substances

oils.  She said she much rather try the oils before even thinking
about the procedure.  I told her about Helicrysum but am really unsure
how much and how many times a day she would use it.  Also, if anyone
else has experienced this or has any suggestions, we would greatly
appreciate it.
