putting 15 drops in a capsule and taking it for about a week.
2-4 d Oregano (anti-inflammatory)
2-4 d Rosemary (anti-inflammatory & analgesic)
2-4 d Clove (helps pain)
2-4 d Wintergreen
2-4 d Lemongrass
2-4 d Lavender
2 d Frankincense
2 d Myrrh, if really bad
As often as needed for pain and inflammation
I remember that I should not take Oregano for longer than a week ... I
am treating something that will require pain help for a bit longer.
Should I make some up that is no Oregano or is there another recipe
that someone has that I can alternate with?
