I talked to a guy today who says he has an autoimmune disease that is related to gout but there is no diagnosis. His diet is pretty much vegetarian and organic. His ankles are painful, he has had some surgery on one of them.
Any suggestions on an undiagnosed autoimmune gout ailment?
