With all of my pregnant or nursing clients I have never had any of them react to using peppermint in the hair care, digestzen, etc. Small doses typically aren't enough to drop a milk supply significantly lower. I would set me intention when using the oils and nursing that they are only absorbed to the point if being for the highest good for you and your baby. If you are planning on using significant amounts of peppermint- 10+ drops/day, I would consider an oil or herb to boost your supply.
