To redeem your points, you need to call doTERRA and tell them you want to redeem your points. I recently did that and ended up purchasing almost $300 of oils for $12.99 out of my pocket. $9.99 for shipping, $3 for the redemption fee.
I don't know if this is still true or not, but the points expire after 1 year. So if you redeem your points 13 months after you first receive it, the first month will have "fallen off". I simply suggest you make at least two orders a year to redeem your points.
Your LRPs are the same as the PV value of oils. If you have 200 LRPs, you can purchase 200PV of oils. You can't buy stuff that doesn't have the same PV and price tag. The diffuser is $90, but the PV is 40. You can't use your LRPs to buy the diffuser. (Or can you, and simply cover the difference out of pocket? Hopefully somebody will chime in.)
I hope that makes sense. I encourage you to visit your virtual office every week and at least nose around. I usually just take a peek to see what my downline has ordered, and that there's enough OV to get the bonus. Doing this helps me understand the whole structure and personally SEE the changes in my downline.
Blessings,
Leah

Now I need help concerning the loyalty rewards program. How do you
redeem your points, when do they expire, how do you know how much your
points are worth in product? I've read the pdf post about it in my
virtual office but I don't fully understand it.
Can anyone help me out?
Thank you!
