When my husband started on the Lifelong Vitality pack his BP and Cholesterol went down within a couple of months. He takes the Lifelong Wellness pack, Frankincense and lemongrass everyday, among other oils for other issues. His BP meds were killing his kidneys. He stopped taking them cold turkey, which I don't recommend, but he has felt better and has done better.
If you google www.everythingdoterra.com, there are recipes that people have used for cancer. One that Dr. Hill gave to one of my upline for her brother, and one that was used successfully for my friend who is cancer free now is: 5 drops of Frankincense, 3 drops of Thyme, 3 drops of Clove, 3 drops of Lavender, and 5 drops of Citrus Bliss.

My name is Ron, my wife (and I) have been an IPC for a couple of
months now here in Hawaii. We are somewhere in Justin's line 6-7
levels down.
I have a few questions...
My BP is through the roof 196/88!
Starting on Lisinop/Htcz 10/12.5mg twice daily.
My cardiologist is going to run some tests (Echo - MRA) and may have
to do angioplasty and insert a stent for Aortic coarctation.
I had an aortic valve replaced in 1998 and I take coumadin daily.
My bad cholesterol is also a little high.
I need to know, in your opinions, a daily routine to possibly help
with these issues and the application (in caps, feet, chest...) of the
recommended oils/blends.
Both my parents recently passed from cancer, so I'm also looking at
cancer prevention as well. 5 drops lemongrass in caps daily?
