My husband is doing Ironman Canada in August, and is doing the Boise half this weekend. Basically, non-stop aerobic activity for a VERY long time (about 4+ hours for the Boise event and about 10.5 hours for Ironman)!
Are there oils you would recommend either before, during, or after such an event?
