Re: [Everything doTERRA] Swollen Glands under Arm Pits

Light massage using grapefruit, lemon or rosemary will help drain glands. Work using light strokes on tender area's working towards the heart.

White fir is also known as the "poor mans frankincense"  it has similar constituents.  I would follow lymph or gland massage with a hot compress.

I have a woman coming to my house this morning to pick up some stuff

want something to be able use that isn't super expensive. I had
suggested Frankincense--and they can't do that. Is there anything
cheaper that you have tried that has worked?
Thanks
