Just using the Fractionated Coconut oil would be a big help, but it sounds like it's internal and may need some cleansing with GX assist and follow by a pro biotic. Just suggestions, and you could also put melaleuca and or lavender, in the FCO. My daughter has a severe problem with this, and it has healed by using these products. She is also on the LLV.
