My favorite book to give to anyone that is pregnant is found at aromatools.com & is called Essential oils for Maternity... It is great! and I even have a few labor & delivery nurses who love this book! It goes through every issue imaginable and what oils to use or a options with doTERRA oils to use... :) Give her an early gift for congrats on being pregnant:)
