RE: [Everything doTERRA] hysterectomy/estrogen

I, too, had a hysterectomy 11 years ago and used bioidentical hormones for years.  I had to change doctors and the new ones wanted me to use an estrogen patch and rub testosterone on my skin.  I tried it for about a year and so far not the same.  I have started to use the ClaryCalm and just started the phytosetrogen this month.  My next order will be the LLV daily nutrient pack.  Keeping fingers crossed that something works.  I can mange my hot flashes while I'm awake, it's the ones that happen during sleep that are the worst.  Disrupts my sleep and I get grouchy.  Keeping fingers crossed this protocol works for me, too.

Many have heard this story about my transition to using phytoestrogen. I had a hysterectomy at age 21 and had been on estrogen since. About 2 1/2 years ago, my friend and upline, encouraged me to get off estrogen and try phytoestrogen. I had many reasons to do so... I was 56, had one sister die of metastatic breast cancer at age 41, another sister had 2 strokes before she was 40, had had no children (makes you higher risk for breast cancer) and had not been on estrogen for 35 years. So I decided to accept the challenge. For 10 days I reduced my estrogen by half and at the same time started the phytoestrogen. I did this because back in 1988 I had a diagnosis that required me to be off estrogen for 3 months and I had the worst hot flashes and was not a nice person to live around. I did not want that to happen again. On day 11 I began only the phytoestrogen and started the bone nutrient also. I am now 59 and can honestly say that I haven't had enough hot flashes to count on one hand. I think I have only used the Clary Calm maybe that many times. I do get an occasional "warm" flash but not enough to get too excited about. My husband says I have not had the typical mood swings and our sex life has never diminished (maybe even better).  Like my friend, I would strongly encourage you to try the phytoestrogen and even follow my protocol. I do believe it was about that time that I too became more diligent in using the LLV, now the daily nutrient pack. Good luck Giselle.

A year and a half ago, I had a complete hysterectomy done. One ovary was removed years ago, due to a tumor. When I had the hysterectomy, they removed the other ovary due to the same issue. I have been on estrogen since. I would like to know if there is an eo protocol that I can take/apply instead of taking the estrogen. Thank you.
