[Everything doTERRA] Re: Making rollerballs and dilution

I've actually started diluting the oils to a 3-4% solution I used topically (I started out using them neat) because they're just as effective that way and I don't go through a bottle so quickly. There are still times I'll used the oil neat but those times are rare.

The dilution ratio is up to you, what works for you and what you're comfortable with. 

Using the oils neat means you get the full-on benefit of the oil but you also go through your oils faster and if your skin is sensitive you may see some irritation where you apply the oils. 

Using the oils diluted means you extend the coverage area and use less oils but if you dilute too much you may not see the desired results then become discouraged and think that the oils don't work for you. 

I'd recommend starting with a 3-5% solution and if that doesn't seem to be working you can always add more EO, gradually, until you get to what works for you.
