My cousin has an extreme case of staph on and off his entire life. He is 10 years old and having his worst break out. My cousin is just now giving oils a try. I'm recommending veggie caps 2-3 times a day of Oregano, Frankincense, OnGuard. Topical relief lavender & Melaleuca. I tried to attach pictures but can't. It's really bad and all over his body. Do you recommend a spray or cream for topical application? And considering his age do you think the veggie caps 2-3 times a day is the right amount?
