I have 2 kids that were that way around 3. We were given serenity for my 3 year old at the time, and we put a drop on his feet and a drop on the back of his neck and he was able to go to sleep a lot earlier. He was up until 10-12 for years, and as long as we put the oil on about an hour before we wanted him in bed, he was asleep on time. And my now 13 year old that had the same problem still uses it nightly to help her calm down to go to sleep

She reached out to me this morning in desperation asking me what she could use for EOs to help get the 3 year old to sleep at night.  From what I've read on everything essential, lemon, lavender, and FCO foot rub at night would be helpful.  How about diffusing?  Perhaps Serenity?  As this child is under the age of 6, would I use the ratio of 1-3 drops of oil to 1 tablespoon of FCO?  Could she also rub this same blend on the child's spine first and then the feet?
 
Any other suggestions?
