Hi Valerie,
Jason's makes a plain vitamin E oil. They also make blends so check the label. The plain has a plastic "paddle or wand" inside. It's alpha tocopherol. Earth Fare carries it and probably other heath food stores. If not ask if they will order it for you.
Hope this helps.

I love this book!! I bought a case of them in Nashville and saved a bundle! It is a fabulous resource - really beautiful photography and packed with information including recipes (cleaning products, food recipes and protocols). There is also a brief section on mood managment and also includes an overview of AromaTouch Technique. It is perfect for newbies!!!!! It is quite thick and just loaded with good info. | Faye Westover <fayeleona@gmail.com>: Jun 10 04:37PM -0700 I received my shipment yesterday. I don't think there can be a better resource anywhere! I just want to go retreat somewhere and read it cover to cover! It can take a little bit to learn how to navigate but the layout makes sense. For example, the blends start with Massage Blend, then Grounding Blend, then Respiration Blend and so on. So it is alphabetical when you use the given doTERRA name...Aroma Touch, Balance, Breathe and so on. The background of each oil and oil blend is a colorful picture of the plant and information is easy to readily spot. I love the lists of conditions and remedies, as well as great descriptions and top solutions in section 4: the Body Systems, Focus Areas, and Emotional Well-Being that covers pages 156-315. Then you come to section 5: Natural Living. Wow! Cooking (36 pages), Cleaning, Personal Care, Fitness, Guys, Intimacy, Pregnancy, Baby, On the Go, First Aid, Outdoors, Garden, Pets, DIY & Gift Giving, and Holiday. Section 6 is Supplemental and just as good as all the rest of the book with oil chemistry, blending and layering, massage, reflexology, oil properties glossary, charts, indexes and more. The 4 Sunsational Flavors, Spearmint, Cumin, Dill and Tangerine are included in the book! And....I notice some oils that doTERRA doesn't carry at this time, including a Men's Blend!!! Could it be a clue? There is NOTHING lacking in this book!!! I only touched on a smidgen. The research, photography, content,& layout is mindboggling. 448 pages of pure bliss! | SD <sd555@ktis.net>: Jun 10 01:39PM -0700 Yes, we have had experience with this. DO NOT use peppermint. Rosemary is also a mint and I suspect wintergreen might also be a no-no. In my house, I can not diffuse any oil blends in a small room area if they contain these items. This is also in the year before last edition of the Essentials book...(sorry can't think of the name of the book..). anyway, I caught it when I was reading about high blood pressure. In our case, Agent Orange makes it worse. So, you may not have as sever reaction. We (hubby and I) take COQ10 to supplement our blood pressures meds. I take a small prescription and my hubby takes a larger prescription. We both find COQ10 makes a difference. I don't know how that would equal to one of the oils. Maybe someone can post here. But...read ingredients of your oils for peppermint. On Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 3:11:43 PM UTC-6, Dee Clingman wrote: |
| Valerie Hampton <valerie@donhamptonrealtor.com>: Jun 10 12:53PM -0700 K, I know this is not totally a doTERRA question but would love some guidance. Someone gave me a recipe for a wonderful "salve" using doTERRA oils. She said it's been so good for so many things. My question is the vitamin E oil called for in the recipe. The salve recipe calls for beeswax pellets, EVOO, EVCO & vit E + doTERRA eos. I've been looking for vit E oil in a few different local places but am now wondering if I'm looking for something that doesn't exist. Every "vit E" bottle lists add'l ingredients besides just the vit E oil, ie safflower and/or sunflower oil, soy, tocopheryl acetate (I think that's a synthetic name), etc. So I decided maybe I should look online to find some. Two questions though: Does pure vit E oil exist (w/o any fillers) &, if so, pls tell me good online sources to find it. I don't want to buy it from just any company, worrying about the quality. We are so blessed to have such pure oils & I don't want to spoil the salve w/inferior vit E. Thank you! |

| katherine Barnes <mommabarnkat@yahoo.com>: Jun 10 12:25PM -0700 Excellent question, Jacque. I love citrus oils in my water and hadn't thought about it until you mentioned in this post. Looking forward to the responses. Best, Dawn BodyWork by Dawn 508-577-7578 www.bodyworkbydawn.abmp.com Date: Wed, 10 Jun 2015 11:06:50 -0500 Subject: Re: [Everything doTERRA] sunscreen From: jacque4doterra@gmail.com To: Everythingessential@googlegroups.com Thanks for bringing up this topic. I have been told that using the citrus oils, Lemon, Wild Orange, etc in water makes one more susceptable to burning if out in the sun. Do any of you know if this is true and would the various formulations you have told about in this topic, negate that possibility. One of my friends is out in the sun a lot as her son plays travel baseball and I had told her to stop using the citrus oils in her water this summer until she is out of the sun. She does take the LLV as well. What say all of you??? And thanks in advance!! I am currently trying different ones to help with different issues. My 2 year old grand daughter is allergic to sunscreens so I was considering trying the recipe with the combination of helichrysum and FCO. Or one that also included lavender. My question was about the coconut oil. People use tanning oils that have coconut oil in them to tan. How is this keeping a person from burning? Or is this a completely different type of oil. I didn't want to try it til I had talked to others that have tried EO. Thanks -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Everything doTERRA" group.
