For the Frankincense would you swish it around in your mouth or apply topically? I have a friend suffering from this as well.

has anyone used EOs to help take care of a blocked salivary gland? I
have on in my cheek that is quite painful (besides the fact that the
pain is also there from a bad sinus infection) so the whole left side
of my face is in horrible pain. i feel like I've been hit by a semi. I
am using Eucalyptus and Breathe for my sinus infection and trying to
drink lots of water. I diffuse the two oils as well as putting
Eucalyptus on my nose and cheeks and then Breathe on my chest. I also
put a drop of Eucalyptus and Melaleuca on a Q-Tip and put it up my
nose a little bit and take some deep breaths. But I can't find
anything about this blocked salivary gland. I'd really like to help
move it along so it doesn't get worse and isn't so painful if and when
the stone passes. I hope all of this makes sense! help?
