I think if you have someone who is already a doTERRA user you would be fine. If it was someone who you strongly suspected had a serious case of candida (has some autoimmune issues) then I'd be more cautious. But you could try one capsule and see what happens. The old dead cells don't concern me. Die off of candida does.
