Steroids are for calming alergic type reactions. I have no idea if flushing with Lemon water would help get the extra iron out at the same time as the steroid.
Our skin is called our second liver and often if the skin is having a crisis so is the liver. Our lungs are also a filter. It seems logical to drink Lemon oil in your water at the least, but I don't know that you want to clean the steroid out quicker then the iron that you reacted too.
Do you have a back ache in the middle of your back, bra area? Is so, that is likly the liver cring out. Zendocrine & or Lemon (Grapfruit & Mhyr are my fav for the liver) right where it hurts. I also like to bring it around on the R side, under the arm as the liver it closer there, it just does not seem to swell that direction into things as much. With his confirmation Id defiantly at least muscle test to see if the lemon, Lav, & pepp. We don't want to cause anymore of a healing crisis so I think muscle testing is going to be hugely beneficial. Keep listening to your instinks. Sounds like you were drawn to Frank from the beginning.
What I'd do: - up Calcium, Magnesium, & Potasium absorption is inhibited by steroids. This can cause a lot of muscle pain and could be contributing to the numbness in your hands, possibly. Drink lemon or grapefruit in water through day, apply Zendocrine to the liver area to brake down the left overs. Frank under the tounge as needed through out day. I use when I feel general inflammation it an off sorta feeling and it sounds like to have a lot of that.
I wonder if Cilantro would be helpful to move out some of the iron?
Thanks for checking in and let us know how you are doing. Keep us in the loop on where you are. Your poor husband mine has felt his pain. Sounds like your making great progress. Wish we had a magic wand to stop these things in the moment, but we sure learn a lot about ourselves in trials.
