[Everything doTERRA] PEG

I had a client the other day tell me she would not use the Deep blue rub because it contained PEG. I looked and sure enough it is listed.  In searching this group...back in November someone posted a topic of skin care and there is a response from doterra stating ingredients they would never use...PEG is listed.  Did something change between November and now?  Please give advice and suggestions.  This is where it becomes so difficult to work with those people who are continuous mode of awareness of harmful ingredients. Plus I think it was said before, but I too have a tendency to have blind faith that doterra isn't putting any harmful ingredients in their products but.....I don't like this feeling of doubt creeping in.  Please help.
