[Everything doTERRA] Lungs injured

I was having an iron infusion today when I had an extreme reaction to the iron they were giving me. I couldn't breath and my face felt like it was swollen to the size of a basketball. They gave me steroids to make it go away (which really upset me, but the nurse said it was that extreme a reaction that it had to be done). They stopped the infusion, and sent me home telling me to go into emergency if I continued to have lung/breathing issues. I DO NOT want to go to the hospital. Yet, I'm beginning to have difficulties breathing. Because I'm a bit out of it I'm posting to make sure I'm doing the right regimen and would ask for any input.

I'm rubbing breathe then frankincense on my chest. I don't know what to do about the shortness of breath, but think the breathe may open my lungs up and the frankincense will help me heal faster. Anything else I might try?

Thanks for your help.

Denise
