[Everything doTERRA] What oils are more antiviral than antibacterial?

My sister has had numerous infections, and thanks to the amount of antibiotics, her flora count is nearly nonexistent. She now has a sinus infection, but she doesn't want to use OnGuard or Oregano because their antibacterial properties are just as potent as many prescriptions. I've heard that the oils are selective, that they target the bad and leave the good alone. Does anyone have any source to support that claim? And also, are there any oils that I can suggest that are more anti-viral than antibiotic? Thanks so much!
